Monday

8:30am @ MaxTrain:
     5x10ea. leg alternating, Single Leg Jump Squat +50lbs 1 min rest in between sets
     Full Recovery
     6x12 Shoulder/Chest push pull burnout. up and down hydraulic cylinder 10, +heavy chains
     Foam Roller, Stretch
