Awesome class!!! We got to work on something I needed a lot, how to move and cover up as to take as little damage as possible. Joe Keaveny ran a great progression drill, first having partners take turns throwing jabs then more and more complex combos at each other while the other one covered up and moved. As if it didn't get hard enough the last set of the drill included counters... If your thinking this sounds like light sparring, your absolutely right. It was a great way to get some safe controlled sparring in and reign in those who like to throw bombs. I can't wait for the next one, Well done Joe!
